@User I see 8KB and 16KB sram generation is masked in https://github.com/efabless/sky130_sram_macros ? Is it broken or it's masked due to run time issue ? Are we allowed to use 8KB and 16KB in MPW-3 tape-out?

There are unverified. We aren't sure if they will work.

@User For MPW-3 I am testing my mbist_controller which has row redundancy support. Currently i have integrated with 2kB (sky130_sram_2kbyte_1rw1r_32x512_8) memory. As there is enough space thinking of Integrating higher density SRAM .. Not sure integrating this needs special DRC wavier from efabless team ?

It may not work. We haven't tested it yet.
