Hello all, is there a way to easily modify the sky130 to use only three metal layers? from my understanding the distribution and MiM layers are optional but come standard with the skywater pdk. Thanks for your help!

just don't use the other layers in your design (leave them masked out)

If they are not used over a wide area, that might fail the average density rules.
