Yes, it is. We are about to "freeze" all of the tools and the skywater-pdk so that everybody can know exactly what version of everything is being used on the SkyWater MPW. We'll post all the commit numbers soon. Meanwhile, just get the most recent version of everything. The URL for open_pdks that you posted is fine.
