I have a question about the layer stackup (in magic): Is it nwell <-> nsubdiffcont <-> nsubdiff <-> locali ? Or is it nwell <-> nsubdiff <-> nsubdiffcont <-> locali ? Are such stackup details documented somewhere?

The second one. nsubdiff sits in nwell and connects up to local internconnect. The stackup is documented. . . somewhere. I drew a nice picture of it but I'm not sure where to find the document right now.
