Hi in skywater-pdk-device-details, I see -38 V for Vs during program operation for #sonos #flash. Is this a typo, is it -3.8 V? Because in Cypress SONOS Technology - Cypress Semiconductor that value is -3 (not -30). I appreciate any comment, thanks.

Yes, 38 is a typo; it should be 3.8. Please post an issue on the skywater-pdk repository in github.
