The model files in xschem should be specified using the

code.sym

symbol. This is typically named, say,

TT_MODELS

and contains code to be inserted directly into the netlist output, namely a

.lib

statement specifying the

tt

corner. You will get faster response on xschem questions if you ask them in the #xschem channel.
