may be this report can give you some insight. My guess is that python itself and his libraries change too frequently their API's. Once you have a working setup you wrap immediately everything into a container, before any programmer hits the keyboard and changes specs/API/ABI once again breaking everything.

Thank You once more i have found the solution
the last line was a problem instead having that:

had

was just PIP behavior

the latest version has it fixed however the checkout form the OpenLande documentation points to the bad one
