Hi all. Sir I am working in Xschem tool. I designed inverter circuit but I am not able to simulate it due to absence of model library. Please help me.

can you share your netlist? Also you are not simulating the transistors from the skywater pdk those are probably the generic transistors from the xschem library

@User please follow this , in particular the example directory creation and xschemrc copying, on minute 5:40. You need to use skywater specific MOS devices to run a simulation with skywater models. You can use generic MOS models as you did, but in this case providing the spice models is up to you.
