Hi, Sky130 users! I wanted to do some std Cell schematic, layout, characterization for an actual tapeout on sky130,using cadence and/or synopsys tools. I know about RTimothyEdwards/openpdk and google/skywater-pdk github links. But wanted to double check if they are the right locations to install the pdk from, or is there any other link or instruction pointers I should follow? Highly appreciate your inputs. Thanks a ton!
