where can i find the .mag file of reram cell from skywater pdk? So far what i could find is the .gds file. Any help?

"gds read" can be used to read a gds in magic, then it can be written into .mag

@User: The ReRAM cell is so simple that in magic it's just a single rectangle drawn with the layer "reram", so it wasn't worth making a cell out of it.

is TE and BE interchangeable?? Also to connect the reram cell to the wrapper pins, can I use ndiff or pdiff contact and a metal1 layer that goes to the pins?

The ReRAM device exists between metal1 and metal2 "TE" stands for "top end" and "BE" stands for "bottom end". The ReRAM characteristic curves are different on the negative and positive sides, so no, they're not interchangeable.
