03/15/2022, 5:27 AMis TE and BE interchangeable?? Also to connect the reram cell to the wrapper pins, can I use ndiff or pdiff contact and a metal1 layer that goes to the pins?

03/15/2022, 8:44 PMThe ReRAM device exists between metal1 and metal2 "TE" stands for "top end" and "BE" stands for "bottom end". The ReRAM characteristic curves are different on the negative and positive sides, so no, they're not interchangeable.
