No, I don't maintain open_pdks. The only way to acquire the PDK that I'm willing to support is volare.

@User perhaps you can say how to use volare to install the pdk since that sounds like what he is trying to do

I can think of about 20 ways I can spend a Saturday afternoon other than read out the Volare readme
