Hi , i was looking at layers used for different nmos transistors : Below is what i get :
nmos_1.8V --> ntransistor
nmos_3.3_nvt --> nntransistor
nmos_g5v0d10v5 --> mvntransistor
Have a query that in the nmos_g5v0d10v5 , the layer mvntransistor is to designate high voltage nmos ? And the
nmos_3.3_nvt nntransistor is for designating the native VT ?

That's correct. The "g5v0d10v5" is a thick oxide device, and "3.3_nvt" is a thick oxide + native Vt implant.
