@User Hi! There is currently a little bug in our container, that is fixed and should pushed in a few hours. For now, you can change the entrypoint in the container with

--entrypoint /bin/bash

Then you get into a shell and you can manually start the UI with

/dockerstartup/scripts/ui_startup.sh

If i plan to operate the 1.8V device with supply voltage as 3V/5V , the doc below says for gate oxide and D/S : The maximum voltage across the gate oxide (gate to channel voltage) is restricted to:

Any HV NMOS device: 7.3 V @ 25C.

Any HV PMOS device: 8.1 V @ 25C.

The maximum source/drain to substrate junction voltages are restricted to the following: 1. Any HV NMOS device: 11.0 V @ 25C. 2. Any HV PMOS device: 11.0 V @ 25C. Any information about inductors in sky130 ?, Included or any one have ones that we can use ?

@User I know some inductors have been taped out and being characterized on one of the sky130 silicon shuttles , so an equivalent electrical model can be developed. I think @User has done some work on this, but i can't find more info.

Hi , i was looking at layers used for different nmos transistors : Below is what i get : nmos_1.8V --> ntransistor nmos_3.3_nvt --> nntransistor nmos_g5v0d10v5 --> mvntransistor Have a query that in the nmos_g5v0d10v5 , the layer mvntransistor is to designate high voltage nmos ? And the nmos_3.3_nvt nntransistor is for designating the native VT ? @User @User

(Process corner - Voltage - Temperature)? Are layout parasitics included ? are these results of spice transistor level simulations or Verilog (or STA) simulations, including SDF annotation? Hello everyone, I want to place multiple macros in caravel user area, but I can not do this effectively. Although I leave about 200 um of gaps between macros, there are congestion errors when I run the flow. But I see many projects with much closer macro placements, so I think I miss an essential point. What are the key points to place macros closely?

@User the xschem sky130 symbols (mos transistors, capacitors, resistors, as well as the set of standard cells) come installed (together with lot of other stuff, like digital cells liberty files, spice models, cell layouts and lot more) with open_pdks

@User if you installed open_pdks, create a new empty directory, copy this file:

.../share/pdk/sky130A/libs.tech/xschem/xschemrc

into it, from this directory start xschem.
