Sorry tc1 should be equal to -1.47e-3, so simulator is failing this calculation. @User i am convinced above fix can not be done, as @User pointed out.

The PR is good to go. The patch disables the incomplete Monte Carlo simulation equations in favor of enabling temperature modeling. We can re-enable the MC equations after ngspice's tc bug is resolved and a framework for MC sims is agreed upon.

@diadatp @Riking28 the tc bug (ngspice unable to evaluate even trivial expressions for tc1 and tc2 for non linear resistors and not even giving a warning, simply evaluates to zero) has been filed on sourceforge ngspice project page.
