i can see ngspice is entering into the model but i am getting error as could not find valid model name

@Varun Majji Try adding

.option wnflag=1

to the spice dec. It tells the simulator to choose the models based on the number of fingers (not sure why this isn't the default behaviour).

yeah sir actually the problem i had was i forgot to include allspice model file,which had some parameters used by nfet01v8 and pfet01v8 model files,now its fine when i included that spice file
