For those who previously were attempting to do full R-C extraction of analog layouts with magic: I have now fixed the main issue with the "extresist" command not being able to parse devices that exist on more than one plane (capacitors, diodes, and bipolars). I have not yet tried to deal with the numerous issues involved in getting this to work hierarchically, but it should give meaningful results for flattened layout.
