@User Do you plan to publish any of your test setups and procedures as well as any raw data? Not only would I love to see them but I think they would be a good resource for students in microelectronics courses.

I am going to do a full writeup / documentation at some point in the near future. Its just hard, because at this point its only me working on this and I have other commitments.
