Tough question 😅 For the inductor I used ASITIC, but since I never used this tool before I simulated the inductor at HFSS to see if the results match (which they do, if you turn off the eddy option at ASITIC). I'm still trying to find a good open-source FEM or MOM solver, but nothing so far :/
