Get the magic source from <http://opencircuitdesign.com/magic/download.html#Git|this> git repository and compile and install using <http://opencircuitdesign.com/magic/install.html#Compile|these> instructions.

You don't need to setup anything else. openlane will deal with that (says me, who has only just installed it myself).
