library: https://github.com/bespoke-silicon-group/basejump_stl/tree/master/bsg_clk_gen. It is a parameterized free-running oscillator. Tested in silicon.

thanks. That one is based on a mux that uses transmission gates which we don’t have in the sky130 cell libraries so far as best as I can tell.

Pretty sure mux2 and mux4 use transmissions gates.
