I have to check if I still need the antenna in the liberty file, as I have changed the diode insertion strategy.

12/03/2020, 4:13 PMRe: lib files. There was someone at OSU running MMMC characterization. I think he's about done, and he should have the antenna diode cell in there. I'll just put in his lib files once he gets back to me.
Re: minimum P-tap / N-tap, I think I know how and why, and it might be fixable with a short tcl script like the power-rail vias were. Will give it a look ASAP.
