I can see a couple of suspicious "error" message showing up during PDK installation, but can't tell if it isn't just the usual noise which is unfortunately always there: The first one is:

Annotating files in /src/OpenLane/pdks/open_pdks/sky130/sky130A/libs.ref/sky130_fd_io/maglef
No CDL file contains sky130_fd_io device sky130_fd_io__top_xres4v2
Error: No file /src/OpenLane/pdks/open_pdks/sky130/sky130A/libs.ref/sky130_fd_io/mag/sky130_fd_io__top_xres4v2.mag.  Why is it in maglef???
No CDL file contains sky130_fd_io device sky130_ef_io__bare_pad
...

@User some times its happen. download PDK again and check its. I too faced same issues
