Hi I'm trying to connect the source/drain of the MOSFET by metal 2, however, via1 must be 0.15*0.15 with 0.055 metal 1 enclosure from each side which gives a total metal1 width of 0.26. The problem is that metal 1 width is 0.23. Thank you

You probably need to widen metal1 just around the via?
