@Chris did you try with number of fingers=1

I was really busy yesterday, I would give it a try. My guess is that I have to have all those fingers parallel connected perfectly (with no DRC error) so that the extracted netlist matches SPICE netlist perfectly. I will give it a try today hopefully.
