@Tim Edwards Hello Tim, For Chiplgnite submission, do we need to integrate the io pad ring ourselves in the wrapper or it’s enough to make the routing in the user wrapper and submit it?

It is the same format as the Open MPW: You create the user project wrapper and wire to the pins. There will be, eventually (I hope soon!) a version of caravel called the "open frame" that allows you to fill the entire space, wire out to the pads, and choose the type of pad.
