can anyone help me with this error.. I tried on my local machine.. @SUMANTO KAR @Tim Edwards also I have .spiceinit file in xshem folder still it is not selecting any compatibility mode.

you need to save in and out. saving i(v1) and i(v2) overwrites the default behavior which is .save all. add .save v(in) v(out) to the netlist 🙂

@Radheshyam Sharma I'm sorry, I didn't go thru the whole message, try to set nf and mult parameters to 1 or adjust L and W to fall into different model than tt 25: it looks, there is an assertion error
