10/12/2022, 5:47 AMI found the solution. There was a inverter.mag file in the mag folder. Delete it and then import the spice again. The issue will be fixed. But I don't know why it happens

10/13/2022, 4:03 PM@Rebecca Li During the Final LVS, we will close extract netlist and close the magic tool. When we re-open the inverter.mag to do extra RC extraction, this issue happened. But it's hard to delete and redraw it on this stage.
