10/11/2022, 2:02 PMI started with UCB Hammer's sky130 example using Genus and Innovus, but it violates the "Klayout minimum metal clear area density" DRC when SRAM is used. I've been unable to figure out a solution other than severe under-utilisation of the die area. Has anyone dealt with this?

10/13/2022, 11:55 AMSigh... It was because the layer map is expected to give DIEAREA on layer 235, purpose 4, but the layer map file did not have 235:4.
