If you’re referring to the Sky130 MPW run supported by Cadence, I understand that there is a plan to include Weebit-Nano’s ReRAM IP in the upcoming July MPW. Does this mean that ReRAM usage will be limited exclusively to Weebit-Nano’s IP? Also, is this already confirmed?

For now I met weebit and they updated me about that they are planning with cadence. Which IP u prefer? Skywater or weebit

I was wondering whether ReRAM usage would be limited strictly to integration through the provided IP, or if there would be more flexibility in how it can be used. That said, I’d still be interested even if it’s only available through the ReRAM IP.
