Hi @Krzysztof Herman, I have a doubt about pcells for transistor''s guardrings in klayout. Since the transistor's do not include guardrings option (please see attached figure), I searched for guardrings pcells in the PDK library. Based on this conversation https://open-source-silicon.slack.com/archives/C0549N94FD3/p1739543515950549, the names of the two guardrings cells are ntap1 and ptap 1. However, when I instantiated the cells in klayout, the inside of the cell is filled with metal 1 (see attached figure). I couldn't find any "d" parameter as was mentioned in the conversation (see attached figure). Please let me know your thoughts.
