@Tim Edwards Hi Tim, I am taping out my design which RRAM based with Chiplgnite shuttle# 2211Q. I see that Chiplgnite shuttle #2209C was done using the SKY130A process. So, how will the RRAM be manufactured by SK130A. I understand the difference between SKY130 A and SKY130B is the metal stackup and RRAM layer. Also, what process 2211Q will be used?

We are going to start doing ChipIgnite shuttles with ReRAM, but given the time limitations to let people know which process variant to target for their designs, we will not do the next ChipIgnite with ReRAM. However, any ReRAM designs that are ready for the next shuttle run, we will find a way to accommodate.

@Tim Edwards Hi Tim, I see in the efabless platform, the 2211 shuttle is using SKY130B. So there is a support for ReRAM, No? Also what is the packaging on this shuttle? Thanks!
