Add a file

xschemrc

to your working directory with the contents

    source $env(PDK_ROOT)/$env(PDK)/libs.tech/xschem/xschemrc
}

# Add current directory to xschem library path
append XSCHEM_LIBRARY_PATH :[file dirname [info script]]

set environment variables PDK_ROOT and PDK to point to the location of the IHP open PDK and the name "ihp-sg13g2", respectively.
