#403 transistor multiplier (m) effect does not appear in Xyce simulations Issue created by SultanShadow I have performed basic DC simulations on both LV/HV versions of NMOS and PMOS transistors available in the PDK using xschem and Ngspice+Xyce. The effect of transistor multipliers does not appear in the results when simulated through Xyce.
