Hello. To read the multiple bit stages, we require a reference resistor, facilitated by a sense amplifier for reaching the gap between stages of resistance distrubuted? If we use off-chip external reading circuit must also be capable of applying this reference resistance to bridge the gap between stages, thereby determining the resistance stage.?

Often this reference resistor is integrated in the read circuitry which measures current

So you usually don’t have to think about this for external read equipment

On my chip I did not use read circuit because of that I have to think about the external reading equipment

Yes. Just measure the current and divide by voltage to get conductance
Or R=V/I

For multiple bit reading read pulse of very small below 0.7n is enough to read 00 01 10 11 ?
a
Sorry I am not understanding the question. When you say read pulse is 0.7n, what unit/value is this referring to?
Is this pulse width or pulse amplitude? Also "n" is not a unit I understand
r
0.7nano sec pulse for reading
sorry about confusion
a
That sounds way too fast, I doubt you’d be able to get an accurate measurement…

What off-chip equipment even allows you to do such a fast pulse..?

I'm not aware of that I was having some trouble to understand that is why I asked the question now understand Thank you so much for helping

No problem
