@Germain B: We were only allowed to talk to the community about it as of about 12 hours ago. This is a complete company shutdown. The company is in receivership.

This news is terribly upsetting and I wish that this challenging situations will be over soon. Thank you to the whole Efabless team: you did a lot for the entire chip design community and I hope you will be back in full steam soon and in a better position.
