What is the compliance current that should flow through a ReRAM after successful FORMing (for a measurement voltage of 0.2V)? The technology specs only say that 2.6-3.1V should be applied with steps of 0.1V, and I don't know at what resistance should I stop. Also simulation shows that 36mA flows through it for the largest pulse, which is way too high.
