#288 Create workaround for incorrect related_bias_pin in sky130 liberty files New issue created by RTimothyEdwards The last commit was to swap the VNB and VPB entries for "related_bias_pin" which were incorrectly generated by the audit scripts. The implementation missed that there are two lines for "pwell" and "nwell" that were also swapped by the audit scripts. This error also needs to be fixed, and can be fixed by the same patch script in open_pdks. RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks
