1. OpenROAD and OpenLane are two different things. Follow the OpenLane docs for installing OpenLane instead.
2. I do not see a make mount command in the guide you linked. 
3. First error of the docker suggests that the paths you provided are incorrect.

If you're facing issue with docker, go with local installation method, as ORFS support local installation <https://openroad.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/BuildLocally.html>

i also understood by looking at it 'docker suggests that the paths you provided are incorrect'. but if you know the exact fix then we can discuss. Because i have tried some solution while searching for it on the internet.

My suggestion: Open the guide in the browser in the machine, where you are installing the tools and Copy and paste instead of typing it manually.

Another one: Use OpenLane. It is simpler IMHO
