My circuit works around at 3- 9 giga hertz range. It is an analog design. Does caravan support that frequency range?

It is possible to get circuits to run at that frequency, as long as you are not trying to get signals on or off chip at that frequency. I have built circuits on similar process technology in the past where I could read a signal at 5 to 10 GHz but it was very attenuated; fine for detecting that your circuit is running at the expected frequency, but not particularly useful otherwise. Given the padframe and packaging constraints, I'd suggest an upper limit of about 2 GHz.
