09/20/2022, 9:55 AMIs it correct that the drawn gate lengths are 0.5/0.6um? I see this in the docs and the gds, but I've not seen such a drawn >> electrical with the multiplier being more than 3x. Or is 180 not 0.18um?

09/20/2022, 2:35 PMThe GF180MCU is for all practical purposes a 0.25um (approximately) process.
Because GF gets most of its IP from ARM, we were only able to get a few libraries for the open source PDK that were the property of GF, which included the high-voltage standard cell libraries. @James Stine (to the rescue!) is providing a 3.3V standard cell library.
