Is it correct that the drawn gate lengths are 0.5/0.6um? I see this in the docs and the gds, but I've not seen such a drawn >> electrical with the multiplier being more than 3x. Or is 180 not 0.18um?

Ah, it seems that all of the standard cell libraries are 5V, so they truly are 0.6um devices.

Will the 3.3V be provided?

The GF180MCU is for all practical purposes a 0.25um (approximately) process.
Because GF gets most of its IP from ARM, we were only able to get a few libraries for the open source PDK that were the property of GF, which included the high-voltage standard cell libraries. @James Stine (to the rescue!) is providing a 3.3V standard cell library.

Got it. Thanks.

The question is then if the SRAMs should be 3.3, 5, or both.

Obviously, both is desirable, but we only have 5V bitcells so would need to make 3.3V ones
