@Omar Azz @John Ecom @David Muse What do you guys want to do about this SMS flow? Any suggestions? We have the automation to spark the convo + send the appt reminder, but the follow up SMS is messing up the natural flow of the convo. (another reason why show rate is low)

I think the one that says hey Kevin this is Omar from Collins ecom needs to be removed because I’ve already introduced who I am on the first instance 40 mins after the calls been booked

Maybe the second reminder text can change to something like: "Hey on a quick note, before our call scheduled at _ on _ , make sure to watch this 5 min prep video..." That way it removes the second introduction & doesn't interrupt any convo that's already proceeding.
