@David Muse Example lead: jahleahb@gmail.com scheduled an appointment and the automated text sent out properly, but then they rescheduled and the exact same automated text sent out again, now they probably won't show up.
Is there anyway we can prevent this double-text from sending if they reschedule?

Okay let me think about it. May be we can add tag of appt cancelled and add if else to check the tag before sending this message.
