@David Muse @Collins Ecom - There are some leads coming through the setters chat which are scored over 51 but I can’t seem to find them on my booked appointments in GHL or John’s , I’m not sure where the leads are going here are some examples

They are already coming through the setters chat - I just don't understand why someone would fill in a form that has 10 questions and then not want to book a call ? If they don't book a call there should be an automation to send out Hey looks like you filled in the form but didn't book a call - Here's a link to book the call or have it go straight to the setter rather than the lead just floating in the air.. Prompt it after 10-15 minutes no booked call , goes into setters to call the prospect @Collins Ecom What's your thoughts?

Yes, after a lead fills out the form but doesn't book a call, we need the setters to immediately cold call + text. Super high priority. Let's create an automation for this @David Muse
