Why is the vth sweep of nfet_05v0_nvt device wrt temperature coming out as true straight line?, Its weird

the [vth] is probably a nominal parameter of the model. the vgs at constant low current does change with temp:

I got the same for lvt device but this anomaly is for nvt device, Can you please check that too and share the tb if possible. Im doing this to check dvth/dtemp of the mosfet

The vth of nvt device being constant is it modelling issue?

As I said before:

So it is a number, the threshold at nominal conditions. Don't ask me more details as I don't know more. This should be a good question to the Berkeley modeling team.
