I'm reading liberty file and getting error like these:

ERROR: Missing function on output VGND of cell sky130_fd_sc_hd__a2111o_1

PDK version: open_pdks fa87f8f4bbcc7255b6f0c0fb506960f531ae2392 Is there updated/complete PDK or maybe is there way to handle this error?

I'm using it in Yosys through read_liberty command of yosys.

isnt you are supposed to load the .lib without the pg pins? Take a look at OpenLane, how it does the read_liberty in their acript
