[ERROR ANT-0013] No THICKNESS is provided for li1.

The sky130 fix got pulled into the efabless open_pdks repo (no volare build yet), otherwise this did get reduced to a warning more recently in OpenROAD.

Without the open_pdks fix openroad antenna repair is very broken
