Unfortunetly I cant read the messed up slack formatting. Probably you should post it as code so it does not get messed up. Better post the xschem schematic and the layout screenshot. I would recommend debugging the net3/net2 connections in the layout to see what is different.
They might be swapped in places, the order of transistor connections might not be the same.
For example: Schematic: (T1) (D) <-> (S) (T2) (D) <-> (S) (T3) where T* shows the net connection of the gate. Layout (T2) (D) <-> (S) (T1) (D) <-> (S) (T3) The transistor gates are swapped. The net connection count is the same, but the gates are not matching the order in the schematic
