@Tim 'mithro' Ansell: I have created a pull request on the 7-track standard cell library to add the missing liberty header information. This does not address the lack of a "make timing" script but adds the missing information necessary to run such a script. If this looks acceptable, then I can provide the equivalent headers for the 9-track library and I/O library. If you want changes we can discuss in https://github.com/google/gf180mcu-pdk/issues/65.
