After performing make again now this is the error. Dont know whats causing it

I can't tell unless you post some text that explains the error, as opposed to just saying that an error occurred.

@Tim Edwards its is giving me error at the sky130 makefile line number 1583. I checked out the makefile and it gives error when it starts installing the digital standard cell library

Still not enough information. There are log files that are produced with detailed information about any build-time errors.
